I never thought of it quit...That is a great point! I never thought of it quite that way. I immediately thought of myself when I read that description of eating normally most of the time, and overeating some of the time. Honestly, for me personally, I would have to adjust it to eating a little too much most of the time, and way too much some of the time. But the basic point remains. Good stuff. It gives me a clearer picture of the changes I have to make to "normalize" my calorie intake. It may not be the exact opposite, but it's attitude toward food is pretty opposite: eat for nutrition rather than enjoyment, and eat all day even if you're not hungry.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
