hey brad. i'm one of the transformers over at TT and i just finished a month long trial run with ESE. i've posted some thoughts about ESE over on my transformation thread but i just wanted to stop by and thank you personally because i feel like with every passing week i'm beginning to understand more and more the reasons behind why you've created ESE. as someone who has struggled with food for many years in varying degrees (from full blown binge eating to just general confusion about what is healthy for my body) i really relate to what you are trying to convey when it comes to obsessive-compulsive eating. i have to admit that i was skeptical at first (especially because i had resorted to extended fasting in the past in a desperate cycle with binging), but everything you wrote made a lot of sense and i decided to give it a go. i have been really pleased with the results in terms of my transformation (and i don't know what subjects eades was talking about with his most recent post, but i have certainly lost weight with intermittent fasting!), but most of all i just feel like i have discovered treasure in terms of something that finally gives me freedom to create a healthy and sustainable relationship with food. this isn't all from ESE and is something that i have been working with for some time but i just find that this is a tool that has been and will continue to be invaluable on my journey. so thank you so much for risking some controversy to provide us with real information that works. just wanted you to know that you are really helping people. i wish you all the best, emily
