Eat Stop Eat Review

Here's another great review of Eat Stop Eat I just found over at the Skwigg Blog.

You can read Skwigg's review here ==> Skwigg reviews Eat Stop Eat

PS- I totally agree with Skwigg about coconut flakes, they make everything taste better (I put them in plain yogurt with diced almonds, apples, bananas and a little bit of honey)

Hi Brad, Read your report on the advantages of three-day fasting. I am curious why you state that you still only recommend 24 hour fasts rather than 72 hours, if there are benefits to that. Please clarify!

Enjoying your writing very much. Please continue! Thanks, gimpyq

Hi Gimpy,

I simply find the 72 hour fast to intrusive on "life".

With 24 hour fasts spread out the Eat Stop Eat way, you never go a day without fasting, and it is much easier to still plan real life events.

Fasting for 72 hours ends up really controlling a lot of your time.

I don't see a lot of added benefit, but I do think there are some loss of time issues.

I took supplements for fitness. Purity Products also offered me certain discounts & free shippings through coupons.
