what do you think of rusty more and his fitness lifestyle? i believe some of his advice could cause obsessive compulsive eating...do you go ok with him?

I read Rusty's work regularly.
I find his work entertaining, I havent see any OCE stuff from him but I do admit that I am not 100% up to date on his writings, but from what I've seen he takes a pretty laid back approach that I enjoy.
